Anyone at C’est What?

Ok, Big Rock Winter Spiced Ale is cloyingly sweet liquid evil. Brick brewed this, didn’t they? Screw you, Brick. #EAD

Big Rock Winter Spiced: Not much in the way of aroma, sweet but oddly sour as well. Extremely sweet tasting, cloying, papery. Weird.

Barley Days Dark: Aroma of anise, cloves, molasses, brown sugar. All comes through in taste, peppery, sweet and quite hoppy. Very good.

Old Speckled Hen ESB: Great head (not what she said), smells sweet like canned apple juice(?). Toffee, butterscotch, hoppy but watery. Great

Beau’s Tommy Gun: Sour vegetal aroma, little sweet, citrus hops. Quite bitter, bit metallic, lemon, bready.

Black Oak Oaktoberfest is by far the best beer referencing October I’ve ever had. Tastes like biscuits. Bitter, wonderful biscuits.
